Nozzle bug

I got to the city, fuelled the canister (pb95) and put it in the van. When I tried to pick the nozzle to fuel the van, I heard nozzle taking sound and sh*t happened. I just hear the sound and I cant pick nozzles up, open doors (except van doors). I luckily saved the game, but I will die because of dehydration. I quit the game twice. Still nothing. What to do?

The store closed and the pumps shut off. Go inside the pub and flip the switches in the backroom after jumping the counter.

Thanks, I fuelled my van but now I can't open shop doors+ there's no one inside shop..
