Fireworks/vision loss bugs

Discovered a couple of minor bugs with the "loss of vision"-effect while toying with the fireworks.

1: If you do any sort of hand gesture (i.e. drinking, middle finger etc) while "blinded", your hand shows up normally in front of your face as if you were not blind. Everything is black except for the small circle at your cross hair, and then suddenly you see your pale hand giving Teimo the finger or drinking beer.

2: The in game camera ignores blindness completely: If you equip the camera before a rocket goes off near you, you will not be blind while you are using the camera. Your vision will be completely normal (except that you have the camera UI), but if you unequip the camera you will get the blind effect.

Likewise, if you are blinded from a fireworks explosion, all you have to do is equip your camera which makes you see normally again (with camera UI) while it is equipped. You're not able to pick up any items, but you can drive and interact with stuff normally.
