Achievments Not Popping?

Hello,

I have been completing the game with a friend via co-op.

We have completed a pacifist + no presents run but the achievement for the pacifism did not actually pop? We both got the one for using no presents.

We've had similar issues with the "Kill each type of Earthling" achievement as well.

Does anyone know fixes for this or is it just bugged?
