Present Synergies?

Weiner here, grown up with the original, co-oping the funk out of it with my Big brother.

Digging into the latest patch logs I learned about some mindblowing present synergies ^^ thirsty for knowledge I scoured the 'net in search of all those sweet combos, but found only a bunch of those:

Innertube + Spring Shoes = hop on water

Tomatoes/Slingshot + Funk-Fu Blast = tomato blast

Tomato Rain + Funk-Fu Blast = tomato downpour

Funk-Fu Blast + Spring Shoes

??? + ??? + ??? = Kaboom!

??? + ??? = Funkzilla!

??? + ??? = X-mas time! (on ice levels only)

Is there any kind Funklord out there willing to share further knowledge on the subject?

haha, I can help. What's up? We added these a bit ago, some of them are unwritten. Like wearing an Innertube while burping with Rootbeer will make it so you don't stop in place when burping. The main goal was to prevent presents overwriting each other when used.

The ??? ones are hidden. No one has found them yet to my knowledge

Correct me if I'm wrong, this means that every present that works with a timer can synergize with another, with varying results and with a greater or smaller degree of interaction?

If that is the case then making a list of every working combination would be a gargantuan task, so I'll just embrace the randomness of the game once again and experiment as much as I can, thanks for the quick answer!

That's pretty much the case. A lot of things were reworked, like for instance we never had the ability to shoot tomatoes in the water, but if you have Innertube + Tomatoes now you can snipe Earthlings safely from the water.

Thanks again, this answer pleased me more than any lenght of a present secret combo list ^^ I'm only 4 hours into the experience but reaching floor 0 once again in the 1st 1/2 hour was enough to feel that the spirit and love for the OG is REAL.

I figured out the funkzilla today on accident. It is amped protective bubble and amped here I am. Enjoy!

I learned this on recent HARD MODE attempts.
Only made to level 8. Seriously hard!!
But that stupid earthling that makes you USE A RAANDOM PRESENT
I think it's the yodling guy in a box but one of em kept hitting me several time and this happened to me TWICE.
The 1st time Slingshot & tomatos mixed to form SUPER FUNK FU!!
It had madd range and slaughtered everyone & lasted about 20 seconds.

the other time it happened with Spring shoes & Hightops(i think)
but i was hauling butt.. i was meaning to experiment with these to find the combos..

***BTW,,,the guy in brown coat who trades presents= resets every 5 minutes.
and a great way to get rid of ur garbage presents instead of dropping em..
BUT BE CAREFUL dropping all ur other presnets on the ground..
Leave em there too long and they slowly disapear!
And for goodness sake= DO NOT SNEEZE a sthey are GONE!
And don't die or fall off w/ ur presents on the ground= when i returned 3/4 wer gone and the ones left werent the good ones i dropped..
*But you are safe to drop just to trade with the dude..
You do this so he will only want the crappycrap one...WOrks with carrot dude too...
