weaponary description

How about some weaponary description in the menu before you go to the missions? I mean there is no weapon description to the tanks, and they all look almost identical, would be nice to see the weapon description once you move the mouce on the mashine you are intertested to put in your setup!
One more question, is it possible to make something with rotation arrows? They are extremely uncomfortable to press, maybee make them a bit wider or make it a circle?
