Its a rather annoying issue
I'm really hoping for a fix, as what I have been able to play so far looks really good.
Hey SecreShark, Sorry for the late response,
Can you give us your MID.log after the crash? It's located in %localAppData%\MID\Saved\Logs
It's very strange because the last patch we did was on July 11th.
A Mid.log after the crash is helpful also in this situation.
Sorry about that
I regret to inform you that I'm submitting request for refund I have sent several emails contacted Developers via Steam Twitter and attempted email nobody is answering and at this point I feel like the company is not taking this seriously or attempting to fix the issue. I emailed the requested txt file 3 times in August with no answer.
I would request a refund at this point
I would suggest requesting a refund at this point
Steam does make exceptions to some refund request if the game is at fault or the platform
I'm really hoping for a fix. :)
The content from the MID.log file can be viewed on Pastebin:

I started the game and then clicked on settings. Then I received the error message. That's all I did.
