MFD options list - for your info

If you're having trouble getting voice recognition to work, then try using the MFD (multi-function display) menu, which shows when you press spacebar, at bottom left of the screen.

I use a Playstation 4 controller, these are the buttons you press on the game pad, except for the spacebar (press once for Screen No.2, twice for No.3) on your keyboard, to select the other two option screens of the MFD. Screen one comes up straight away:

Talk button > Spacebar > arrow down button [to the one you want] > arrow right [to confirm]

Unfortunately the MFD screen only appears for about 10-15 seconds, so you have to memorise the ones you want most often.

Note that when Jeff speaks to you about a possible tyre change or race strategy change, the MFD will activate with the chance to confirm the change, or not (ignore it). But you must OK it, if you have to go onto wet tyres, otherwise dry tyres will automatically be put on.
