How do you setup triple monitors?

I have a triple monitor setup that works great for PC2, but F1 2017 only displays on the center monitor and I don't see a setting that will let me use all three. Please help. Thanks!!

@AgentRuby thanks for the quick reply! I saw that one too but the game settings don't have an option for 5760x1080. The highest it goes is 1920x1080. Am I missing something?

I think you need to set it up with the graphics driver. Like in nvidia control panel.

Not sure for AMD but I think it's eyefinity.

But anyways it should appear in the game after getting that set up. It might not be that exact number either. When it's set up in the driver it should tell you what it is in resolution.

I figured it out! Posting the solution here in case anybody else runs into this problem too.
NOTE: It was affecting every sim racing game in my library except for PC2.

Put your video card in Eyefinity (AMD) or Surround (nVidia) mode, so that your desktop is one 5760x1080 screen, rather than 3 separate 1920x1080 screens.
