Report a translation problem
These files may be causing a conflict, these are installed -as the OP has said- wihtout our knowledge and in most cases, don't need. I suggest uninstalling them. 1) if you don't use speech recognition and 2) it's bloat
Restarted my PC afterwards and booted up the game... still nothing :\
Someone here updated their onboard sound RealTek driver and it fixed it

Looks like One Hit Wonder, possibly missed out on the game because they never updated sound drivers. It pays to try all work arounds, I never give in. 👍
I was 54 when I posted that. No need to guess how old I am now and I don’t have that pc anymore
