Free Weekend = Free Microsoft Windows Kinect Speech Recognition Server Install

If you joined the "Free Weekend" and want to uninstall the game again, take a look at your Windows Control Panel\Programs\Programs & Features and sort by Date.

You will find almost 10 Microsoft Speech Recognition and Kinect related Apps Codemasters dropped on your PC when installing F1 2017 ... depending on your System Language.

Uninstall, if you don't want them. Especially the Speech Recognition Server app is connecting to the Internet. Another thing nested in your OS to shut down, if you don't use it.

BTW, I really like game developers exploring Voice Commands in video games. I especially liked to use it in ARMA 2. But it should be an Opt-In 'confirm EULA' and not a 'silent' install.

Codemasters should use an old saying by Great Leader Mao, stolen from Confucius: "Close the door behind you, you opened" ... as in "don't let your Uninstaller leave zombie files on the user's harddrives".
