Okay, thanks. And thanks again for the port, except that little delay it's pure gold :)

Yeah that artificial restriction to only Codemasters-approved input devices is really annoying.

Hi worzel910,

If we are able to add additional wheels in the future then we will announce it via our social media channels.

Otherwise we can only suggest using the wheels listed on our support site:

I have no intention in purchasing yet another wheel in which the last worked fine in previous versions + other games .

I am still trying to work out why previous supported wheels dont work with the 2017 version.

I admit I should have checked and not assumed support because of previous versions, still, I think from now on I will purchase games through steam only so I can at least refund should the need arise .

I have been getting a "SIGSEGV(11): segmentation fault" crash while playing the game. its been happening more frequently in the last week or so.

Im running on Solus with kernel 4.14 and mesa 17.3.3.

I have sent a message to feral but im just wondering if anyone knows of a fix?

Crashes on (pretty standard) Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, standard AMDGPU drivers:

"Game crashed with signal 6
Required Vulkan extension VK_KHR_surface is not availble.
"

$ glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version" OpenGL version string: 3.0 Mesa 17.3.3

@Feral: thanks for giving us the chance to check this for free before deciding to purchase.

talking to the engineer does not work
crashes everytime when trying to talk to engineer
FYI: Game works perfectly under ArchLinux, but one has to figure out how to install Vulkan support (it's my 1st Vulkan game). I added the additional kernel cmdline parameters ("radeon.sisupport=0 radeon.ciksupport=0 amdgpu.sisupport=1 amdgpu.cik_support=1") and rebooted, but that wasn't enough. One needs to install 2 packages: "sudo pacman -S vulkan-icd-loader vulkan-radeon". My GPU is a Radeon RX480. There are also vulkan-intel and vulkan-nvidia packages for other GPUs.

P.S.: Thank you so much for Linux support!!!
