Monaco Hairpin is impossible
I cannot get round that hairpin, i take the perfect line and am on 11 11 aero but i always hit the wall. I've tried accelerating to kick out the back but the aero sends me into the wall. I've tried going 10mph, 20mph and everything in between. it is flat out impossible for me to get round without hitting the curb and skidding, which i cant do because im going too slow...

for the record im playing on controller. I cant do a 180 rotation of the wheel in game with it, so i cant turn it.

also had that, pretty devastating....

you have to drive it with a feather touch on the throttle but I agree it's so hard

I'm playing with default controls and can do it. It's really close, though, and you need to accelerate a little bt, as you said

whenever i accelerate, because im on 11 11 aero, i cant throw the back out. i just straighten out into the wall...

i feel like the controller needs to be given less precision, or atleast a setting to change it. IE a way to change under/oversteer other than aero.

its so hard because the real F1 in monaco use a special steering system that can be turn at 250° (in the game its lock at 180)

I believe you can do it with a wheel right?

Yea, they should make it a little wider for the game if in real life they get something special for that race for that one turn. It is hard to make that turn. I have now relied on turning on the curb a little and sliding my back end around some.

Only problem I've had is being too slow on it and cars piling up behind me but hey Monaco in general is flashback spam in general.

No, you can't change the maximum amount that you can turn the wheel in-game (the full lock point remains the same in the game no matter how much you have to turn the real wheel, whether it's 360 or 900 degrees), but the corner is still easily done with the wheel. You can definitely do this in games like AMS, but that's beside the point.

the steering angle is related to a completely different steering rack used only in monaco but of course codies doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥
