i can confirm that. got all engine upgrades and i barely reach 310 km/h with 3/3 wings at spa

I am halfway through of upgrading the whole car, yet Alonso is still 1.8 seconds behind the competition just as when the car wasn't upgraded. I thought it is just me but then I saw your post guys. This is sad, Codemasters! We already struggle in the McLaren and then all the upgrades don't do anything to the car, makes no sense.

when your team mate is beating you by 1 second you have no chance to get 1st driver. it definitely doesn't suit to your skill level. that's all what's said. highly recommended to reduce difficulty or improve setups and/or driving.

It does work except in the case of the McLaren engine upgrades which are presently bugged and not doing anything. All other upgrades for McLaren (I know engine is the main one you will get) and the others for all other teams will work.

Hello all, we've done some investigation in to this and found a bug superficially with McLaren engine upgrades. In the short term you might be better putting your R&D in to other areas so you get some gain.

We're working on a fix and we'll try to get it out as quickly as we can.
