Standard and Special editions

Sorry if this has been asked 1000's of times already but what is the difference between the standard F1 2017 and F1 2017 'Special' editions?

Classic cars are not all the same anyway. Some, like the Ferrari from 2004, are waaay better than the others.

I see F1 in the Steam store has the 88 McLaren so it must be the special edition. Is the standard edition not available on Steam?

How much more does the Special Edition cost? If it's a big difference then I'll be satisfied with the standard edition me thinks. :)

I think you get it for free if you buy before a certain date. After that, it will be gone or separate DLC.
