Where is the KErs??
Hi guys,

I started to play my career this night but I don't know where is the button to activate the KERS

If I do not a mistake it still present on the 2017 cars

The regulations changed back in 2014. The driver doesn't have control over when to deploy the electrical energy any more so it is deployed throughout the lap.
This means the KERS button from 2013 is gone.
Also as the power unit now harvests Heat as well as Kinetic (the K in KERS) energy the system is referred to now as ERS (Energy Recovery System)
You still have DRS (Drag Reduction System) and that is deployed in the relevent zones and in the race when within 1s of the car infront. On the Xbox controller the button for it is Y.

well KERS is not in F1 for quite some time now, ERS is, but it is very different in the way it is used

Yes, KERS changed to ERS a while ago, but everyone knows they still have an 'overtake' button... :P

The overtake button i believe changes engine mode rather than using more harvested energy.
