Bug report: “Sightseeing” quest bug

I just dropped on another thread from 2020 to say the quest is bugged for me on the last requirement as well.
-Drive both routes and get a minimum 4 star rating.

I didn’t change both routes, got the requirements on both yet nothing happened, the requirement did not advance. I tried different wheather conditions, loop mode, nothing works. What am I missing here, is this quest bugged and if so is there any way to edit my save game to mark this bugged requirement as complete (because it technically is). I also ran the routes with different buses, nothing happened. Figured I’ll pass this information along here but I’ll also create a new thread because this subject needs to be revosited.

Update: Found a possible fix for the issue. Running the game with Windows 7 compatibility settings, with DEP (Data Execution Prevention) disabled. Let me know if it worked for you.
