Bus Simulator at Epic Games
I payed and installed Bus Simulator 18, I start playing but when I play "start", the game doesn't start, game's engine starts (Unreal Engine).

How can I play the game? How can I fix this bug?

This isn't a bug. What you can find on the Epic Launcher is the game's Modding Kit only- not the game itself! So, if you want to play the game you have to buy it here on Steam :-)
