Cant move the Seat

I can set any Key to Seat down but if i am inGame trying to geht lower, its happen nothing

Can anyone help ?

The standard settings for the seats position are located on you num-pad of your keyboard:

I checked it and forwards and backwards it works, i try now to reset my profil and try it again. Thank you for the answer

I had to reassign the keys because i use a Corsair K65 keyboard which hasn't a numpad.
I can move the seat forward and backward but height adjustment doesn't work. I tried and switched the keys for forward/backward and height but the non-functioning stays.
