Go to:
C:\Users\[YouUserName]\AppData\Local\BusSimulator18\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Open the "Game.ini" file

Search for: "UserDefinedStreamingPlaylist="

And add the link to your prefered webradio stream:
UserDefinedStreamingPlaylist="http://laut.fm/simliveradio"

Save the edited Game.ini file

Start the game and have fun listening to your online radio stream in the buses radios. :-)

Enjoy, because in BS21 we dont have radio, SHAME DEVS! i play 18 more than 21, because is boring to drive a bus without radio!
