G920 Not being detected

Maybe im overlooking a setting but i am not able to use my G920 for this game, i looked it up online and found a youtube video of a guy specificly using a g920 with this game, so i know its possible. ive tried restarting steam, restarting my logitec program and im getting nothing, any help would be appreciated thanks.

My G29 wheel, which is essentially the same thing, was detected and worked right away. If the G920 doesn't work right now I'm sure they will fix it.

Same for me, G920 not detected in the game, ETS2 working fine.

Also my Fanatec CSL Elite worked Yesterday . but didnt today

I think it might be a windows issue as I was using it for ATS 2 days ago, now it's not working at all. If anyone finds a solution please feel free to share, I tried reinstalling the Logitech software but I cannot even do that as it says it's waiting for me to plug in device for setup and won't recognize it. I'm at a standstill now.

not so mine worked perfect go into settings and choose g920 it will detect it

i try it every day, my game say there is no preset for my wheel. ets and ats are fine ;)

Think it's just me , windows update screwed something up. I have another pc I don't use often that didn't have the update and my wheel works there but not on the updated pc and I had a update last time I shut down the pc after using the wheel. (Wheel does not work with any game on the updated pc)

That's true, leatest windows updated did it, I have reinstaled OS and G920 working fine.

Hi Guys anyone been able to fix the G920 not being detected issue! The first time I connected and run Bus simulator 18 I was able to set it up, everything was good until I came back to the game another day and now the G920 is no longer set up and will not be detected! is there an answer to this problem.

My problem was constant across all games it just would not work at all despite it working previously, i only way i got it working again was a full windows reinstall

I only just bought the G920 mainly for Bus Simulator 18 and Fernbus Simulator, it is working fine with Fernbus and other games ETS2, ATS, Project cars, Assetto Corsa, the only thing I don't like is the stiffness of the brake. I hope the Dev's get to grips with the no detection problem on Bus sim 18 very soon.

Please make sure that you installed the latest driver software and that the wheel is plugged in before you start the game. If it really won't work for you, the best will be to contact the support team via email, so they can take a closer look at your configuration: [e-mail]

Thanks for the [e-mail] PsychoCow I have been in contact with them but they have been unable to fix the problem!
There last email: "We passed the problem on to the developers and ask for a little patience and apologies. If there is a problem with the game here, it will most likely be fixed with the next update of the game."

I have since done a Reset in Window’s 10 Recovery, so I have a fresh Windows 10 (I kept my Documents & Files) I uninstalled Bus Sim 18 from Steam, (my Steam Games are stored on another drive not C: drive) I have reinstalled Logitech Software, and Reinstalled BS18 Now the Steering Wheel option is Greyed Out! so now not detecting the G920 at all! Just hope we don't have to wait to long for the next update.

Well as of January 2023 still has not been a fix to the no detection problem
