Ticket machine problem

Hello i just get this game and i use the ticket machine when use CTRL but i cant give a ticket when i select single day or week please help.

Please always check which ticket the passenger wants. If you choose a wrong ticket, you can't print it. It has to be exactly the ticket the passenger is asking for :-)

Yes i check it and i go to the machine but how can i select the ticket the passegner needs ? i tryed everything

He tells you which ticket he wants...afterwards you have to choose exactly what he is asking for. For example...if a passenger ask for this ticket:

Duration: Day / Type: Student / Quantity: 3

You have to select...

Day -> Student > 3 > Print

After the ticket has been printed, the passenger gives you some money - if he gives more than he has to pay you have to give him some cash back at the cashier mchine.

Yes i know and i select the ticket machine and i tryed every single on my keyboard but its not working for me... I add you on steam and you can help me?

You have to click on the buttons with you mouse.

It seems like to be a bug,if you stay only in main menu and trying to start the same route or existed route,the ticket machine doesn't work by clicking on and if you try to bind the new key it will re-place it with the mouse click ....

The problem is always there. The Ticket machine sometimes dont work, impossible to click over.

Solved.
Assign a new key to the the function select. For me is Enter(I dont play multiplayer and I dont need chat).
OK, now for sell tickets I need both hands.
After the passengers request a ticket, or the screen is there, default key Left CRTL to active the Ticket machine and with the mouse select the option(Day, week, etc)but, DONT CLICK over. Click with the Enter key of the keyboard, with your second hand.
The thing work now. To confirm each command, always the Enter key of the keyboard.
I suspect there are some problem or bug there with the enter from the mouse. This one
cannot make two different functions at the same time: Interact and select the option by the screen of the Ticket machine.
