Game doesn't open correctly - NEED HELP!

Hello drivers,

I just got the game and i was really looking forward to get going with the game.
- But guess i am the not so lucky one.

So, here is the problem I got:
I starting up the game, like always, but instead of going into the game, the little favicon is just sitting there in the taskbar, with sounds, if i mouse over it, i can see the small thumbnail from the game, but nothing is showing up, on the screen, and I cant press the icon, and get into the game.

It seems like, it doesn't want to open it correctly.
- It cant be my computer, since i can run Far Cry 5, Primal, Assassins Creed Origin, and more AAA games, but what can be the issue here.

Does something get the same problem, and maybe have a solution, or do i really have to refund the game, which i dont want to. :(

We did not encounter this issue so far. Have you tried reinstalling it? maybe something got corrupted in the files?

Yes, complete uninstall and install again.
- Even tried to verify game files.

Sometimes this happen to me. Press Windows+Tab and choose the game. :)

Tried aswell, it kindda helped, but only shows up in like 2 sec, and then it is back to what i came from. :/

i have a similar issue i ordered a new radeon graphics card 4gb hd 7700 and pc wont even get to load screen for my save games where as before with the nvidia gtx960 it would start the game but then crash out
the strangest thing is i have an old desktop with a gt610 1gb graphics card in and i can play the game

For everyone following here.
- Got the problem fixed.

It seemt like there was some kind of bug in the game, it keept starting up in a total random screen.
- I have 3 monitors setup, but the 3th screen is disconnected, since i didn't use it that much and for some reason, the game is not starting up in my main, and choose the screen, that wasn't connected.
- I guess the only way to fix this, is to get the game to start in your main monitor, which i dont know, how to force it to. It always start in the 3th screen. :/

Well, problem solved tho.
