Poor graphic and FPS

I am a EST2 player, cant believe BS18 is a game relesed on 2018, the graphic and FPS are poor.
will these problems(graphic improment and FPS drop) be solved in the next update?

Asus 1080ti O11G
32GB RAM
win 10 64Bit in SSD
game install in 2T HDD
logitech G29

And I have to play 9 FPS
The optimization is very bad.

My FPS is usually 50-60 which is definitely playable but especially when its raining or in some specific areas of the map, my fps drops like wayyyy down... to like ~20 which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cancer but oh well we'll have to wait for some optimization..

I play most games the graphics in ultra and without problems and in the same HDD, I do not know what it has to do to install it in the SSD

The game has problems with the texture stream the faster the hard disk the easier it is to stream

The game should not NEED an SSD, it just needs better optimisation on standard HDD's. My Frame rate with a 1080 8gb, 16gb DDR3 RAM, i7 3.5ghz, varies between 25-38 whilst driving. Only a couple of times has it been 60fps and not for long.

I play on 7700k, 1070 and game runs 60fps maxed out 90% of the time, dropping to 50's sometimes. It's also installed on hhd.
You can't do anything about outdated graphics.

I've noticed that my Graphics card is on max load of about 40%, my CPU is around 30% and my HDD is not even on 100% use, normally around 40% aswell. If a dev wanted more info speciifically, I'd get it all, but yeah, poor optimisation.
