Roads...

Hey, does anyone feel like the roads are too wide in this game? I've seen more than a few videos on this game, and the roads look waayyy too wide and unrealistic. This (aside from the fact that the busses are "dumbed down") is the only thing that's keeping me back from buying this on the 13th.

Would it maybe be possible to mod the map to make roads thinner?

Also, you're probably saying "if this isn't realistic enough, get OMSI." I'm really interested in getting OMSI, but I'm not sure if the countless glitches and poor optimization are worth it...

It's meant to be a simulator. That's why it's called Bus Sim 18, and not Bus Game 18. This isn't a bad request, and I'm not dictating anything. I'm simply saying the roads are too wide. I never said tiny roads, I said average width roads. You're dumb if you think the roads in bus sim 18 are regular width; they're too wide.

your bendy bus made me cringe seeing how bad it was, that was not fine the driver was always watching his rear. his speed was soo slow its unreal and the turning and mounting the curbs OMG!!!! that to me proves that small roads with bendy bus dont work. theres just no words to how bad that was.

2. yes i do get your point of veiw. and the games not out yet no ones really seen the copy we will get to play if your right and too easy to drive will side with you on that but i would like to play the game before i make up my mind on the roads not base it on a pre-release version of the game or screen shots.

Alright, that's fair enough. Maybe someone with modding experience could make a map with thinner roads than the ones in the base game. Otherwise, I guess I'll just have to deal with it if I do decide to buy the game, because literally everything else looks amazing!
