Fighting ISIS

why is fighitng isis so cancer? i feel like no matter how well i dodge and how many of them i kill i just die, i can never beat the isis. why the ♥♥♥♥ is that? Do i need to upgrade my missiles for more damage or what? I literally dont get this ♥♥♥♥
