Where is the fuse?!

I just got to the part after you find the killer and I need to find a fuse to restore power and I have absolutely no idea where it is. I swear I've looked everywhere. Can someone help?

I found it. The contain it was in looks exactly like a piece of the background and I had no idea I could interract with it. Ugh.

Since the above wasn't helpful for me I thought I'd let anyone else know who just spent 30 minutes wandering around in circles where the fuse actually WAS - it's directly across from the lockers in the room next to the generators in a little box on the wall that looks like pretty much all the other garbage in this game. NOT a fair puzzle IMO because they've trained you up to this point to ignore the 5000+ panels on every wall.

First of all, thank you for the helpful post.

To clarify:

The fuse is in the generator control room. There are three lockers. When inspecting those the wall mounted box with the fuses is behind you. Grab a 35A fuse and off you go.
