Help, stuck in loop.
At the first neural investigate bit, lots of confusing scenes and no direction but I've ended up in a room with a TV, what ever exit I choose I end up back in the same room. Can somebody point me please?

I did notice that and thouht I'd gone through every door. I'll try again. I'm enjoying the game but this montage of trippy scenes does nothing for me.

Yeah it's a walking simulator. That's part of the problem. So my expectations for this game went from very high when I first got it years ago to profoundly low now. Layers of Fear, the Grey something or other, Lust something, there's a bunch that all are such clones of each other each last one of them has the same copy pasted stock assets you can pointlessly pick up and rotate in every one. This would help to explain why, in my total confusion, I'd found a whole bunch of anachronistic ♥♥♥♥ like cassete tapes, VHS tapes, CDs, CRT etc. It's because they--the devs--literally didn't make any of this, they just went with a catalogue of ♥♥♥♥ in the same engine everybody uses and it's only got a small handful of technology things. So that is why in the alleged year 2084 you get ♥♥♥♥ that literally you don't ever see IRL in 2023, like walkman music cassettes, because nobody is actually making any models or textures or assets or anything of the sort.

This is similarly why I come down so hard on those godawful ♥♥♥♥♥♥ untextured, unlit, geometric shapes like some early 2010s phoneshit for touchphones, because they either are not hard working or competent enough to actually make textures for anything. Rise of Industry was a classic example. They'd try to pass it off like it's some "aesthetic choice" when it's like some high school student trying to pad out a 10 page essay with 2 pages of material, most of which he himself didn't write. It's being a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ artist, and artist is a strong word for it. The reality is the horrible polygon shapes that do not have any sort of environmental illumination or textures or models or even details, is because that takes time, money, and talent, and because most games like that are cash grabs, just like most walking simulators are naked cash grabs. I think it's funny people on steam will somehow rail against corpos for "cash grabs" when at least the AAA ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are playable and look pretty, and then turn a blind eye or outright apologetics for some more shovelware clogging up steam searches. If you're a robber you're a robber, it doesn't really matter if you work for Deutsche Bank robbing billions or just sticking up a gas station for a few hundred dollars, the only reason that person is just robbing the gas station is lacking the time, patience, planning, foresight, resources, and overall work ethic and competence to scam more than a gas station. That puts this leagues beyond the rest, because at least it feels like the dev cares, and bothered to put some effort into it and making it a real project with some talent or inspired feel, than another lazy cashgrab.
