There are a lot of things like flashing lights, screen shaking erractically, etc.
Damn that's sad tbh because this game looks like a masterpiece on the same level as Layers of Fear.. another game that had a scene that gave me a seizure so I'm glad I asked the question.
It'd be great if this was as simple as calming down the effects via an option, but there really is a lot going on that could trigger a seizure. They devs might feel that this would dilute or ruin the intended experience, but I'd wager that many affected people would be OK with it - it's mostly happening in the dream sequences.
@DeathevokationN - is it mostly flashing/strobing lights for you, or do you also have problems with screen shake and geometry moving around really quickly? I guess if it moves fast enough it's pretty much a flash/strobe anyway?
