Mouse Traps question

Anyone having issues when placing mouse traps? I got all and placed them with cheese but my objective still says I need to place traps in the cellar. I didn't miss any. Hint says to place one down near the rear wall but one is already there and I can't move it to replace it. Do I just need to wait until the mice are trapped? Thanks for any help.

if you have laid the traps you need to go upstairs and wait for the traps to spring
