Fixed in an update that will be going live in the next 24 hours. :)
Hi. Really sorry you had a problem. We think we patched this problem this morning. Did it happen before the update earlier today?
Getting stuck in mointains with the camera. Sometimes it does not pass through.
In my experience little thing like this can play against even the best devs.
I have a good fealing about this game! Lots of fun so far!
I've experienced this too. One temporary fix I use is to switch to leader mode as that forces your camera to where your leader is. Then just switch back to overview and it should work again :). Hope it helps!!!
No problem! :)
Will the game Russian language?
My question is: Is this a known bug or is it just because the food and water is already claimed?
Hard to say on that one, but prison wardens don't check for food and water as regularly as regular citizens so that might be the cause. Or your wardens are dying of something else. If you're sure it's a bug, feel free to send us your save game (using the method above) and I'll look into it. :)
Thanks for the info. Do you know if there is anyone reason citizens should be dying of ''Not having one of their basic needs met'' even when I have tons of extra food, water, housing and entertainment? It's like they aren't going to the storehouse to get food/drink. Is there something I should build or do to make my citizens obtain food and water?
Town layout can play a part with keeping people alive (e.g. can a hungry citizen get to a storehouse in time?). Do your medical and morale buildings have spare space or are they running at max capacity all the time so people can't get inside them when needed? Do you have enough workers at each building so the staff can relieve them themselves when needed?
(I'm just chucking out random tips)
It's also the case that certain professions (like scavengers) are at risk of dying of hunger, etc, because they have to work far away from town. We're going to buff them in a future update as this isn't really the player's fault.
It's pretty difficult to have a town where no one ever dies of low needs (with all the randomisation and social issues playing a part) but you should be able to make it a rare occurrence with a well-designed town. :)
