Boss Rush where?
I can't seem to find the boss rush anywhere, tried looking everywhere.

Anyone know where it is located?

you have to beat the entire game and then go into the "extras" menu

It says "locked" to me, even though I have completed all the normal and extra levels. Also beat the last boss again just in case, but that didn't seem to do anything. Not sure what else I'd be missing.
