i got everything but that 1 disc and would love to get the 100% so any hint wuold help :)

A4 disc can be found at a road sign on the ground.
I also need a help for 100%, where is the location of the hidden speakeasy? I'm dubious of a bartender at Robobar but I have no idea what to do :JumpyAGH:
