1 and 2 - if you place any object next to the gray square that represents dust it will catch fire. It will also happen if the brown "fuel" for the reactor is next to the dust tile. Your main resource to fight dust is the cooler. If you place it next to the dust tile, dust "might" disappear. Might, because sometimes it just wont go at all and sometimes it will remove other dust tiles. Anyway, dust causes all objects, except cooler, to go boom.
5. I believe that in next levels you'll have a task to increase the size of the CPU to two or three tiles. In couple of first levels it doesn't do anything.
6 and 9 - you can place magnets on the orange board. It will shuffle some of the objects to the side depending what magnet and on which tile on the right board you placed it. I hadn't use it very often as it makes some of the tiles unusable.
8. Do you mean capacitor? It can be added under the USB ports tile with 3rd tool.
10. They're randomly generated and it wouldn't surprise me much.
3,4 and 7 are the real questions. It looks like levels have overall time limit and I have no clue yet what to do to prolong your game or even how to unlock 2nd level. Anyway, I'll play some more to see what is it all about.
