What is the secret gesture sequence for?

I'm referring to the one above the big doors to the Watcher King boss room. There's a sequence of three gestures like in other locations but I'm stumped on where it wants you to use them. Any help??

You can use it on the bubble at the top of the mountain where you perform the ritual
