Hit box issue?
When I got out of the helicopter to turn on the power generators, I couldn't hit the button on the panel to initiate the wave of monsters unless I did a full 90 degree lean.

Every time I leaned to press the button, the world would move away from me. I also found that once the helicopter crashes, when I went around the corner and went over the boulevard, I walked down to the end where I could no longer step up on the curb. I had to backtrack the entire length of the level in order to get through.

As well, during the tutorial section, I grabbed the gun and had no idea how to holster it in order to pause the game. An explanation that the gun would attach to your chest would be cool. It's not the first place I thought of for a holster to be, I guess I'm not militarily inclined haha

I'm digging the idea here though. I'd love to see more reaction or gore to the kills, it would make the gunplay more satisfying.

Hey Woo!

The world moves you away from walls and objects so you cannot clip through them. It's a development choice for VR that's good so you don't go through walls, but bad when leaning in for grabbing objects etc. I'm working on another system but don't have an ETA yet.

You can use the teleport button on your controller to step over a high curb. I'm adding slopes and an ability to step over smaller obstacles automatically so you don't have to backtrack anywhere :)

And yes, i'm looking at a possible dismemberment + gore feature before the full release ;)

Thank you for the feedback!

Cool, thanks for responding. I'm not trying to be annoying here, but even with teleport, I literally had to stand INSIDE of the console to hit the button, and even then it was a task and a half. It's frustrating when intuition leads to keep away physics...so I'm not entirely sure how to get around this issue. If it's not throughout the game then cool...but I won't lie, I was standing there thinking refund while grinding my teeth with the movement.

Cool that you're working on it, but the clipping factor isn't as upsetting as the Nope! Can't touch it! issue hahaha

Anyway, keep up the development! Might I also suggest that gun emplacements telegraph too much of what to expect, so you kinda look at it as a spoiled moment when in the game.
