May be this hint will help you.
Did you notice the number of tones displayed on the music sheet ? Have you found all the jars ?
I did notice there are 6 lines in the sheet but I didn't find that relevant. I needed 5 jars, I found 5 jars.
Thanks for the video. I'll use it later to get past this part as quickly as possible.
I hate sound puzzles.
Yes, it has to do with the sound each vase makes, and yes, you have to listen to them all (I cut that testing part out).
I hate sound puzzles too tbh. they really ruin the gameplay for a bit if there isn't an alternative.
In the original Myst there is a hint hidden to solve the music puzzle in the form of a note.
I did not notice. This is great
I'm gonna be honest, I still cheated this one. It's tedious as hell having to play and memorize the sound of each and every jar then compare them, and having to click through three hints just to find out the sound they make is still tedious. Understanding the puzzle was easy as heck, but if the steps to actually solving it once you know how are a pain, it's not worth trying to do it legitimately.
say its a high pitch or low pitch ...but the hint-system is helpful and just perfect.
Love the game and hope that will be more coming! :)
