Where is the Temple? I can't find the rest of my party!

I can't even find the Temple where, "Elena?" or whoever is supposed to be at. It took me 15 minutes to find the key... The key was... In a CHICKEN, That's right guys.. A chicken. P.S. This games spelling is HORRIBLE, there is next to no punctuation, making it extremely difficult to figure out when a sentence stops and starts. There are also a lot of "is" when it should "are", etc. I really want to like this game, but it is painful right now on day one....
