Save Reset and Purchases
So, i've made a few purchases in the game which were: 2 money purhcases, the total town pack, and the HMS Duke of Kent when it brought the Santisima Trinidad with it.
Now i've stopped playing for a while and i'm gonna start playing again, but i would like to start all over. Now, if i do reset my save, obviously the gold i bought its gonna go to waste but will the 2 ships and the total town pack disappear as well? Cause that would be a little unfair :(

I asked the developer about resetting the game and reclaiming premium ships after a reset back in April 16. 2018. I sent them two more emails. They finally replied on April 25, 2018 with "Read the FAQ" which had no information regarding resetting and reclaiming money purchases. I sent them four more emails asking for the answer. They replied on May 5, 2018 saying if I want to reset the game, to contact them and let them know what premium ships I had. They will manually add them to my account.

There was no option in the game to do this automatically and I do not any new options in the latest update. Contacting the developer and asking them to manually add my premium ships back into my account every time I need to reset is going is a terrible option if the developer does not respond, or take weeks to reply.

Email the developer at support@homenetgames.com about resetting and transferring your purchases. That is the only option you have right now.

I sent them an e-mail about that and 2-3 hours later they added the ships to my account and replied, they even added some extra gold for the inconvenience.

Be warned - If you pay for premium purchases/upgrades, etc. and restart...They dissapear!
To be fair, the help desk will restore your purchases, but it will take time.
This is NOT like a standard DLC where once you buy something you own it and can install/uninstall at will.

1000% agree. Apparently the developer does not understand the concept of DLC and that once you buy the upgrade, you should not have to contact customer support every time you want to restart the game!
Great game but total @#$%%^&* DLC purchases!
