I CAN NOT BUY ANYTHING IN A SHOP. WHAT TO DO?
I CAN NOT BUY ANYTHING IN A SHOP. WHAT TO DO?
When I want to buy something in a store, then when I click * buy *, a plate appears * we buy, please wait *, and nothing happens! The plate disappears right away. Moreover, the money on the steam is enough, even more. Please help.

I am at a loss on this one. I have had no problems with the shop. I have only done the buy one get one sale. Last purchase was 3/7/20.

Try registering for an account in HNG in game then restart the game then try accessing the shop again. This is how it worked for me

Same here. When I finally decide to support the game the shop simply doesn't work.

Workaround -
Clarification: Notice that the support option from the developer is not working. I opened a ticket with Steam and they have been unable to resolve the issue for several weeks now.

If you have windows 10 you can install the game from the Microsoft store. From there I tested and the ingame shop is working. Make sure to use your HNG cloud account inside the game, make your purchases and then, if you want, you can continue playing either on Steam or in the instance installed by the Microsoft Store.
