What kind of ports have top end ships?

Do I need to be looking at all ports or do the top end ships only show available at 4Star ports?

If by top end ships you mean 1st,2nd rates,Man O'Wars,War Galleons,you can't get those from ports,you either capture them or find blueprints for them and build them.

The only so-called top-end that I have found was in the port of Gaudelupe and she was a Military Frigate , for 2155 GCs......Good stats for a NP ship....Like Alin said OW or from BP

Clompleete the chalenge mision to earn gems build the shipyard with them and you dont will need blueprints. Make like research then build the ship . Sorry for my english

Nice way to use Gems my friend. I'd prefer to use them for the Merchant. That way the cargo in your warehouse never becomes full and because he sells them for you everytime you visit that port you get a nice pop-up message saying, these items are sold and on top of that, you get a little bonus. ;-)

Thanks all, I am still kind of new to the game and I looked at the shipyard and went that direction. Brand new Galleon in the port now. Thanks all for the info !
