I bought the game but it won't open. Tried reinstalling a few times but still wouldn't work. No error messages popped up. When I tried to open the game, it would say "running" but the game doesn't start. Never encountered this problem with other games I have purchased. Please help.

You might need a DirectX End-User "Runtimes".(64bit),and this is not updating.
The End-User Runtime provides updates to 9.0c and previous versions of DirectX.

Please be carefully checking because Microsoft set a trap to rewrite Win10 to your PC.

Directx 12
Intel core i7-5700 2.70 GHz
16,0 GB ram
64 bits OS, x64 processor

There is no messages on display and it occurs every time I open the game, from my desktop or from Steam.
Just downloaded the game yesterday and had issues about lauching it. The window will pop up but then it won't start.

I tried the DirectX mentioned in another discussion post and it worked but then the game quit on me when I tried to make it full screen and it asn't been able to work since. I've reinstalled the game, restart my computer, and verify it multiple times but no changes.

I have all the minimum requirments.

Radeon HD 8550M
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4300U CPU @ 1.90GHz
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9600), 64-bit

I'm getting an error while in game and it shows as : fTfEf"fhfofbftf@ :( is there something I can do about it?
http://imgur.com/a/btlrZ <--- It looks like this during the game, I restarted the pc and also the game but it kept showing nonetheless :( I wish that I wouldn't have to reinstall the game and have to play the route again ;_;.
My keyboard can access the game but my mouse cant scroll or click on anything while in-game, any ideas why this is happening?
Any help is greatly appreciated :)
