Where do i find the 18+ patch

Okay, the instructions say to 'navigate to Steam/Steamapps/common/Stay Stay DPRK/game.'
I cannot seem to do that either on the Steam site or in my browser so how do I go about doing that?

@Daisuki Sakura It's a folder on your computer, not a website. Usually under c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam on Windows.

Kinda bought it twice as I forgot I bought it on Stream due to how many games / visual novels i have on Steam .....
