Game freezing when starting.

So, I've been playing Gal Gun for some time and I never had issues, it always loaded really fast when I wanted to start it, but now when I want to start the game it just keeps on a white screen, the task manager indicates that the game is not responding. I've tried compatibility mode already an it donesn't work, I also removed my save data in case it was corrupted but nothing.

Curious fact, the error began when I tried to open Gal Gun and Steam said something like "verifyin ticket" or something like that, but I've never purchased something beyond the main game for it to appear.

Well, I just deleted everything related to Gal Gun game in my computer and reinstalled it, now it works fine.
I unistalled the game then deleted residual files on Steam folder and the files on My Documents/My Games/Unreal Engine 3
