That is the Unseen Destiny route's "bad" ending. To get it, you need to complete the route without getting 5 hearts on ANY of the girls. It is by far the hardest ending to get. My advice is to start the run with the Hentai Fiend build. Avoid giving ecstacy shots at all costs, don't shoot any girl who isn't directly in your path, and always keep an eye on the affection meter. Since the stat-altering items won't appear in the shop until you reach rank E, you won't have access to them for a while on a low score run like this. Until you get that option, you need to avoid any girls that like high lewdness and low everything else. The nurse is one of the biggest obstacles since you're required to hit her 3 times during the final level (at max compatibility, even non-ectacy shots will raise the heart meter). It's okay to use Doki Doki Mode to alter your stats in an emergency, but make sure it's with a girl who has low compatibility. Once a girl is at 5 hearts, it's over. So save after every level.

Actually, it's not a pain at all, I was able to load the save from 6-1 (From ghost girl end to skip her or else she would be the only choice, I tested from Final Save first and then went back to 6-1) and then bought the negative items to brings all stats to zero. Seems like the hearts did not matter if your stats are zero.

It's not that simple. Several girls LIKE low stats. So you still need to make sure those ones don't have 5 hearts.

Yup, if you skipped the ghost girl then stats at zero should be enough, you can test it when you click Next Episode, usually some popup shows up about skipping to final when atleast 1 character met the conditions, yes or no. It showed up for me when I loaded the save, and after setting stats to zero, it went away. So I was able to get the true end and bad end in one run but I was lucky since had lots of feathers left to buy all the negative items.

Huh. I've actually never heard of this option. If it's true, then this is much easier to accomplish than I realized.

Normally having 3 stats within range of the girl's preferences is enough for max compatibility even if the 4th stat is a dislike.

I just checked again now to make sure, I had 3 girls at 5 hearts and I still got it when I loaded the save and removed the stats so only the regular stats matter after all.

The ghost girl just requires hitting her in every stage she appears in (the requests will give you hints about where to go). But if you get the cupid arrow from the shop to raise your affection rate, you can miss a few.

You pick "I have no idea" from the route selection. After chapter 4, you'll be presented with a choice. Pick the left one for Ekoro and the right one for Kurona. Once you've gotten the True Endings for Maya, Shinobu, Ekoro, and Kurona, you'll unlock an additional branch after chapter 6 of the Angel and Demon route (you can just start up an existing save at chapter 6 once you've met the criteria). These three branches all have Good and True endings, but only Ekoro and Kurona have Bad endings in addition to that.
