Circular Rubbing... any trick?
Are there any tricks to the circular rubbing motion with the mouse? It barely registers for me :closetgamer:

if its anything like the vita version. You have to go really slow when performing the onscreen prompt.

Slow broad motions are the key. Try to match the speed of the hand in the animation.

I find this SUPER EASY with the mouse. I actually was able to do it with quick (but SMOOTH) motions around a 1 inch spot on my mousepad.

Don't use a FPS gaming mouse. Really sensitive mouses mess it up.

Yeah. You're right. Mouses isn't a word.

If you do have a gaming mouse I found it is actually better to go Slower then the prompt tells you to.

Yeah especially gaming mouse with high DPI you have to go so slow you are barely moving
I found this really difficult, but might be my controller. That being said, I should try out people's comments.

With controllers it should be quite easy, depending on which event you are on (sometimes they need slow, others fast), but for the rubbing it is always slow, just do large slow rotations with the analoge stick (normally right stick unless specified otherwise or both) in the given direction, should fill the bar quickly and get easy perfects.

I actually find that I get a LOT more "ticks" with the slow, circular motion sequences than I do with the fast sequences. The fast sequences include "tug", "push", "push and tug", and "suffer and squirm". I typically get 10 or 11 "ticks" with those.
