its uncensored in the fact that there isnt anything to censor or things werent taken out of the game release. There are mods that i believe give you more complete lewdness if thats what youre after though.

I mean, there ARE mods that change the costume files and add the nips and such.. Just search around. This game has been out for years man, you're bound to find something.
