CCC is a PSP game with very low graphic quality, not only low resolution, but also very low quality character models.

Very low chance. However, if you want to play, people generally recommend an emulator. I'm serious, with PSP and Vita out of production, and there isn't a localization in site, your best chance is an emulator with a translation patch. I'm sorry if this isn't helpful though.

There is no translation patch. They've been working on it for years but have made no progress.

Theres an emulator out there that renders psp games at 1080p. Fate Extra 3D models looks quite nice that way. However which looks a little blurry are the normal 2d images and menus

I never actually finished Extra, I really should, I keep getting into it and then getting distracted by newer shiny games. I own the game legit on the PSN, but last couple times I played it on PPSSPP, it looks really good despite being a psp game when its rezzed up a bit.
A steam port, even of just a psp game, would be so appreciated~

Obviously both the Original Extra and the CCC alternate route would be great~

I've been getting people into Fate through Extra, but it's pretty annoying to cajole them into it. Extra and CCC coming onto steam would be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dream.

Well, fan-made translations have one really interesting property: they take a break or remain unfinished very often. There are just too many examples) Translation projects of Fate/Apocrypha and CCC are projects of this kind, I'm afraid. Maybe they will be completed one time or another. However, studying Japanese may take less time than waiting for the complete translation)
