Paged pool memory available?

What does the video setting "Paged Pool Memory Available" mean?
Should I put it at high or low?
My PC is not that great :D

i should probably rename it from valve's default naming of it from portal2, but basically, if you have lots and lots of ram and video ram, if you want the best quality of textures, you put that on high.

if you have an older system, medium or low is usually better, at the sacrifice of quality.
the higher the setting the more memory textures will use.
