The topic is about D2.
I once thought this before I got to know of Swery, and it led to a confusing conversation about what happened to D3 and the continuities of the games. Well, at least I wasn't alone... I think.
and +99 for Ilbleed!
Hopefully we get Enemy Zero. I hear the pc version of that is uncensored.
There are some coincidences between D2 and Swery's D4 that I detected in the trailer. They both have a character named David. Something happens on an airplane. There is a blond in a red outfit lying in the snow I believe (Laura?). Of course not having played the game I can't say what all this means in Swery's game.
I'd agree that a re-release is possible, although SEGA originally published the game (outside Japan), and may still retain the rights. Unlike D, which was published by the now defunct Acclaim (from which Nightdive have obtained a number of other IPs), Enemy Zero's publishing rights may prove harder to attain.
D and Enemy Zero were the only Warp games to get PC ports, so I feel fairly certain these are the only titles from this developer we'll ever see on Steam.
