MY CAREER INFINITE LOADING
Essentially I tried to do a promo on RAW and it's stuck on infinite loading. I've now left it for 40 minutes and nothing has happened. I can't back out of it either so I'll have to start a new career mode unless it's fixed :/ anyone else had this problem???

UPDATE : I had to start a new career. I've spent about an hour making my character again and moveset etc. Tried to do a promo to split from Lance Xander and it's doing it again...

I have this problem as well, where the red bar in the WWE logo reaches the end but nothing happens. I don't know how to fix it.

I've emailed support with my DxDiag and MSinfo things so hopefully they'll get back to me with a fix

I've contacted 2K support and they got back to me quite quickly. They told me to do loads of things, verifying integrity of game cache, deleting the 2k17 folder in Documents, booting clean etc. Nothing has worked :(

What bit of your career are you on? I am thinking the only way to fix this is to delete my steam cloud storage and start again!

I am on NXT, 5th in a rank. We can try to clean the cloud but there is no complete certainty that the next promo will not stuck. Thanks for the link. I'll try it.

Tried. Unplugging a controller did not help. Did you send them the SFC log?

No, because it was empty. No problems were found unfortunately. No point in sending an empty file. They are yet to get back to me about my response yet. Hopefully they will soon. Last time, I had to *remind* them of my existence on twitter and then i got a response same day.

I'm thinking i'll make a backup of my save files (Which can be found by going to Steam, userdata, remote and then like 510510 or something). And then stopping it from syncing with the cloud. I'll tell you how it goes if I do it

I contacted them again on Twitter and they've got an 'agent' looking over it again now. Hopefully i'll get some answers
